Job Description

  • Develop, implement and manage all social media ads strategy via facebook and instagram
  • Define social media KPIs
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • Works with social media team member including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction
  • Establish clients’ social media presences to boost their brand awareness and increase online traffic to their businesses
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
  • Working with in house designers to develop posters, online artworks and physical collaterals

Job Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing or any relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in managing digital marketing strategies via Facebook and Instagram platform
  • Knowledge of Facebook ads optimization and a/b testing is advantageous
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills and ability to work in a face pace environment
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description

  • • Produce media content
    • Read, research and assess ideas and finished scripts
    • Control the budget and allocating resources
    • Organise shooting schedules
    • Supervise the progress of the project from pre-production to post-production
    • Operates and maintains proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment
    • Assembling, preparing and setting up equipment prior to filming, which may include tripods, monitors, lighting, cables and leads, and headphones
    • Adept in post-production i.e. assembling all raw footage, digitally cutting the files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what is usable; creating a ‘rough cut’ (or assembly edit) and determining the exact cutting for the next and final stages; reordering and tweaking the content to ensure the logical sequencing and creative angle of the video.

  • 1-2 years of experience in video production or editing
  • Good knowledge and experience with video-editing

Job Description

  • Develop, test and deploy dynamic web-based solutions
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain new and existing web-based applications
  • Collaborate with UI designers to develop site features and functionality
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and business reps to determine web site features and functionality
  • Communicate regularly on progress of active projects, adhering to reasonable and agreed deadlines
  • Manage workflow, estimating efforts, and meeting deadlines on multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/ UX designs
  • To optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Responsible and professional, and does not have a negative image.

Job Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Art/Design/Creative or equivalent
  • 1 – 3 years graphic and UI/UX designing experience
  • Basic knowledge in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JS frameworks and able to do basic HTML coding and be able to translate design into HTML code are a plus
  • Familiar with latest interface design trends and best design practices for Google Display Ads
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Able to work independently with little supervision while meeting expectations
  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to develop practical solutions, willing to learn and adapt to new changes
